PatientLead Health LLC is a health technology company focused on the parts of healthcare that fall entirely on the patient: navigating records, preparing for appointments, and fighting insurance denials.
Why we exist
The healthcare system asks patients to do an enormous amount of work. You're expected to track your own medical history across multiple providers, understand insurance processes that are intentionally opaque, prepare for appointments where you'll have 15 minutes to communicate months of symptoms, and respond to denial letters written in language designed to discourage you from appealing.
None of this is taught. None of it is intuitive. And the people who need these skills most are often the ones dealing with the most complex medical situations, chronic illness, rare conditions, treatments that require prior authorization.
We started PatientLead Health because we saw a gap. Providers are doing their best within a system that gives them less time and more administrative burden every year. Patients are carrying more and more of the navigational load. And the tools available to patients were either too generic to be useful or too clinical to be accessible.
What we build
Our products use AI to handle the structuring and organizing that patients shouldn't have to do manually. Throughline turns natural conversation into clinical documents. PriorAuthPro turns denial letters into appeal packets. In both cases, the patient provides the information and context. The AI handles the formatting, the clinical language, and the insurer-specific requirements.
We design everything around a few principles: privacy by default (your data stays on your device or is processed without storage), clinical credibility (documents use proper medical terminology and formatting), and practical utility (everything we build addresses a specific, real moment in the patient experience).

Our tools organize user-provided details and publicly available information into structured documents. All clinical decisions remain between patients and their healthcare providers.
