Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment
PatientLead Health LLC is committed to making our products and websites accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe that healthcare navigation tools should be usable by everyone, regardless of ability.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level across all of our products and websites. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and are the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility.
What We Do
Our accessibility efforts include:
- Semantic HTML markup for proper screen reader interpretation
- Skip navigation links on all pages
- Visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation
- Sufficient color contrast ratios throughout our design system
- Text alternatives for non-text content
- Responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes
- Form labels and ARIA attributes for interactive elements
- Logical reading order and heading structure
Known Limitations
We are continuously working to improve accessibility. Some areas where we are actively working on improvements include:
- Complex interactive components in our chat interfaces may not be fully accessible with all assistive technologies
- PDF exports may have limited accessibility features depending on the content structure
- Some third-party components (payment processing, form services) may have their own accessibility limitations
