Your Choices

PatientLead Health gives you control over how your information is used. This page explains the choices available to you and how to exercise them.

Throughline Data

All Throughline data is stored locally in your browser. You have complete control over this data:

• Delete all data: Clear your browser's local storage for the Throughline domain, or use your browser's "Clear site data" feature.
• Export before deleting: Use Throughline's export features to save your artifacts and documents before clearing data.
• Switch conditions: Each condition has its own data store. You can manage them independently.

Because Throughline data is stored entirely on your device, there is no server-side data to delete. We do not have access to your Throughline data.

PriorAuthPro Intelligence Sharing

When using PriorAuthPro, you may be asked whether you want to share anonymized, non-identifying metadata about your appeal. This is entirely optional.

• At the time of use: You can decline intelligence sharing during the PriorAuthPro workflow. Your appeal packet will be generated normally regardless of your choice.
• After sharing: If you previously opted in and want your anonymized data removed, contact us at hello@patientlead.health with your request. We will remove your data within 30 days.
• Follow-up emails: If you opted into follow-up communications, you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in any follow-up email, or by contacting us directly.

Marketing Communications

We do not currently send marketing emails. If we begin doing so in the future, every email will include an unsubscribe link, and we will honor all opt-out requests promptly.

Cookies and Tracking

Our marketing website (patientlead.health) uses minimal cookies necessary for basic functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page and provide opt-out mechanisms.

Do Not Track

We respect Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. When we detect a DNT signal, we do not engage in any tracking beyond what is necessary for the basic functionality of our products.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at hello@patientlead.health.
