By accessing or using any product or service provided by PatientLead Health LLC ("PatientLead," "we," "us," or "our"), including Throughline, PriorAuthPro, and the patientlead.health website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
2. Description of Services
PatientLead Health provides AI-powered tools that help patients organize medical information and generate structured documents:
- Throughline is a conversational tool that helps patients build structured medical documents including pattern maps, clinical summaries, appointment preparation materials, and portal messages.
- PriorAuthPro is a tool that analyzes insurance denial letters and generates structured appeal packets including appeal letters, clinical summaries, evidence checklists, and submission instructions.
3. Important Disclaimers
Not Medical Advice. PatientLead Health products do not provide medical advice, suggest diagnoses, recommend treatments, or make clinical determinations. Our tools organize user-provided details and publicly available information into structured documents. All clinical decisions remain between you and your healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
Not Legal Advice. Our tools do not provide legal advice or legal representation. PriorAuthPro generates structured appeal documents based on publicly available insurer information and user-provided details. It does not constitute legal counsel. If you need legal assistance with an insurance dispute, consult a qualified attorney or patient advocate.
No Guarantee of Outcomes. We do not guarantee that documents generated by our tools will result in any specific outcome, including but not limited to insurance approval, denial reversal, improved medical care, or accurate medical records. Approval outcomes are determined solely by the insurer. Clinical outcomes are determined by your healthcare providers.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy and completeness of information you provide to our tools
- Reviewing all generated documents before submission or use
- Verifying submission requirements with your insurer (PriorAuthPro)
- Reviewing all generated content with your healthcare provider before using it in clinical settings
- Maintaining the security of your own device and browser data
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
5. AI-Generated Content
Our products use artificial intelligence (Claude AI by Anthropic) to process your information and generate documents. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should review all generated content carefully and verify any factual claims, clinical information, or insurer-specific details before relying on them.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and accuracy of AI-generated content, including maintaining an insurer rules database that is updated weekly. We do not guarantee that this information is current or complete at any given time.
6. Payment Terms (PriorAuthPro)
PriorAuthPro is a pay-per-use service. The current price is $59 per appeal packet. Payment is processed through Stripe at the time of purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where the service fails to generate a document due to a technical error on our end.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and documentation on our websites and within our products is the property of PatientLead Health LLC, except for content you provide and documents generated for your use. Documents generated by our tools are yours to use, modify, distribute, and submit as you see fit.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PatientLead Health LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our products
- Any errors or omissions in generated documents
- Insurance decisions made based on documents generated by our tools
- Clinical decisions made using information from our tools
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any other matter relating to our products
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PatientLead Health LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
